We want you to love every product you receive from Oregon Rain Naturals. As a small, family‑owned business, we handcraft each item with care and attention, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or unusable in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
To help us assist you quickly, include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged item(s), if possible

We will replace the damaged item or offer another solution that works for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and made for personal use, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Used products
- Opened products
- Custom‑labeled or personalized items
- Seasonal or limited‑edition items
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out. We want you to feel good about what you buy from us, and we will work with you to find a solution whenever possible.
Product Satisfaction
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know. We’re always improving our formulas, fragrances, and packaging based on customer feedback. Your experience matters to us.
Local Pickup Orders
If you picked up your order at our workshop and notice an issue once you get home, contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or solution.
Our workshop is located on our private property, and while we work here every day, we don’t keep regular office hours. We’re often pouring soap, packing orders, or away at fairs, markets, and trade shows. To make sure someone is available to help you, all visits and pickups are by appointment only.
